Privacy Policy

Hafzen collects only the information needed to provide the service: your account details (name, email), the website URLs you ask us to analyze, and the prompts you choose to track. We never sell your data and we never share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

We use your data to:

• Run visibility analyses across AI engines on your behalf;
• Keep your history, trends and alerts up to date;
• Send product-related emails you have explicitly opted into.

Analysis results are stored for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete your workspace data at any time by writing to [email protected]. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Terms of Service

By using Hafzen you agree to use the service lawfully and only for websites and brands you own or are authorized to analyze. The service is provided "as is": AI engine answers evolve constantly, and scores are directional indicators, not guarantees.

• Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Free analyses are limited to one per website per 30 days.
• Abuse, scraping of the service itself, or reselling access may lead to account suspension.
• We may update these terms with a 30-day notice for material changes.

Security

We treat the URLs, prompts and results in your workspace as confidential business data. Our practices include:

• All traffic served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+;
• Encryption at rest for stored workspace data;
• Access to production systems restricted to a small set of engineers, logged and reviewed;
• Payment details handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers;
• Dependencies monitored for known vulnerabilities.
